Summer Zouk Classes/Trial classes
Hi ALL beautiful people,
This is the summer dance letter for Brazilian Zouk workshops. I am excited to start new fresh classes and workshops after a little break, even from very very beginning, many workshops with topics to join for all levels.
Just want to introduce my approach for all of you to choose and decide if its for you.
In general i like to teach at the classes structures of brazilian zouk/combinations, PLUS more skills for body, knowing your body more, so it means, we will learn how to use the body, how to have balance, how to be grounded, how to feel the body and then how to communicate it to your partners and how to relax too.
What it means:

you need to bring clothes, which allow you to move completely and shoes which allow you to turn your foot, for woman-followers i recommend flat shoes/little heels, NOT high heels (if you not sure, dont worry, we can speak at your first class)

you need to arrive at least 10 min before to change a do warm up with all group on time

- isolations of body+ weight shift + balance

2. 8. 19:00 - 21:00 (workshop 1h 20 min. + assisted practice by me 40 min) - Zouk Open level
- movement in basic steps-solo technique of body
- contact—how to understand it, create , change,keep it and variations for that in zouk
price: 350,-Kc/person

- roasted chicken movement practice, variations
